Principal's Personal Assistant and School Administrator (full-time, mainly term-time)

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant, preferably with experience in the education sector, who will be responsible for providing organisational and secretarial support to our Principal. Key tasks include, but are not limited to, managing e-mails, appointments, staff and external communications, promotion of the College, student enrolments, administration and awards, and providing Board support. The successful candidate will be pivotal to an effective administration team, working closely with the Principal, Board and College staff, as well as external organisations.


The position is 40 hours per week during term-time, with an additional five weeks of school holiday work;  all hours are worked on site.  Remuneration is based on the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement 2022 - 2024, Administration Grade 4, dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.


The person appointed to this position will:

  • be organised, flexible and efficient

​​​​​​​Junior Teacher (English) part-time fixed-term up to 0.5 FTTE for the remainder of 2024

We are seeking a teacher to join our kura, in a part-time, fixed-term position for the remainder of 2024.   The role will have a focus on Junior English (Years 7 - 9), with additional periods dependent upon the successful applicant’s subject strengths. The role is available from the start of Term 2 2024.

Relief Teachers

We are looking for qualified teachers to join our pool of day-to-day relief teachers to start immediately, all subjects.

Previous experience working in a Special Character school or kura an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Must be available at short notice and readily able to be contacted by phone.
