Pictured here are Ashleigh Willis in Yr 7 and Breanna Sampson in Yr 8 who competed in the Winter 10’s Kapa haka competition for Southern Schools in Queenstown. The girls were part of the Iami iami (Yummy yummy) Kapa haka team selected by Matua Steve through the Agape Trust. Members represent the Eastern suburbs of Christchurch.

The girls put in many hours of practice leading up to the competition and the team were placed 4^th overall. They hope to do even better next year!
